Eisenhower Dance Ensemble

Tickets: $20.00, $15.00 and $10.00

Experience the best of contemporary dance as Eisenhower Dance Ensemble presents pieces from two of their popular programs -- Dances From the Heart of Rock and Roll, with the soulful and upbeat music of Rock and Roll and Motown in Motion, presenting the music that made Motown famous, in a razzle-dazzle display of dance and music that will have you 'rockin' in your seats! Considered Michigan's premier contemporary dance company, EDE has achieved significant critical acclaim as well as enthusiastic audience support. Playful, humorous, and wonderfully theatrical, three of the pieces will feature area dance students!

BalletMet's Alice in Wonderland
Sunday, March 21 • 8:00 pm

Tickets: $50.00, $40.00, $30.00 and $15.00

The Midland is proud to present BalletMet's Alice in Wonderland on March 21, 2009. Relish the Nonsense and follow Alice down the rabbit hole into a delightfully nonsensical world where tea with the Hatter, croquet with the Queen and square-dancing with lobsters is simply par for the course. Whether you are big or small -- or sometimes you're both -- you'll find that logic is no match for madness among the denizens of Wonderland! The production is complete with actors providing narration throughout this story ballet. Choreography by Gerard Charles and script by Steven Anderson.
