Come As You Are.
Leave Part of the Show.
For one night, OUR stage becomes something a little different.

Costumes, callbacks, dancing at your seat, a Fan Prop Pack in every hand.

Keep It Weird, Keep It Kind.

She's been standing since 1928. Let's not test her.

We want this night to be loud, fun, and a little unforgettable. A few ground rules keep it that way for everyone, including our beloved Midland Theatre.

Only props from the Midland Fan Prop Pack, plus your own roll of toilet paper, are welcome inside the theatre.

  • Toss it up, not out. Toast, toilet paper, cards... all the things go up, never at the screen, over the balcony edge, or towards the friends around you.

  • Every ticket comes with a Fan Prop Pack. You will receive this as you enter the theatre on show night.

  • No open flame. No lighters. No matches. Use your flashlight or phone when the moment calls for it.

  • No rice, no liquids, no real food props. Your Fan Prop Pack will have all the goodies you need.

  • Costumes are always welcome. Dressed up, dressed down, dressed as your favorite character, come as you are.

  • Dancing is highly encouraged, at your seat please.

  • Bags may be checked at the door.

  • Respect the building, our team, and the people next to you, and the night stays great for everyone.

That's it. Show up, dress up, and let's make some noise.

If you have questions, call our Box Office.

What's a Fan Prop Pack?

Never been to a Rocky Horror screening before? Here's the deal.

For fifty years, audiences haven't just watched this movie, they've talked back to it. Fans shout lines at the screen, toss props at exact moments in the story, and turn a movie night into something closer to a live show. It sounds chaotic. It is chaotic. It's also a great time.

That's where your Fan Prop Pack comes in. Every ticket includes one, packed with everything you need to join in, plus a printed cue card that tells you exactly what to do and when.

No experience required. No memorizing. Just follow the card, follow the crowd, and you'll be a pro by intermission. Full Fan Prop Pack specifics coming soon! We promise it will be worth the wait.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show

October 9, 2026

3:00 PM

Tickets:

$20; Includes Ticket,
Fan Prop Pack, and Fees

The Rocky Horror Picture Show is not a film you watch quietly. It never was.

When it opened in theaters, it flopped. Then a midnight screening at a small New York theater changed everything. Audiences started shouting lines back at the screen. They started showing up in costume. Within a few years, fans across the country were forming their own troupes to act the film out live, right in front of the movie itself, a tradition still alive at screenings today.

Five decades later, it holds the record as the longest-running theatrical release in film history. That tradition comes to OUR stage for one night. Admission includes a Fan Prop Pack built scene-by-scene for this film, with a printed guide so first-timers know exactly when to toss, ring, snap, and sing along. Come dressed as your favorite character, or don't dress up at all. Either way, you'll be part of the show, not just watching it.

First time at Rocky Horror? You'll be welcomed as a "virgin," a badge every longtime fan wore once too. There is a seat waiting for you, and a whole room ready to make some noise.

This is a night built for people who want more than a movie. It is built for people who want a story they'll still be telling next Halloween.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show carries an R rating for mature themes, sexual content, and adult humor. Standard R-rated guidance applies: guests under 17 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
