What is The Midland Theatre's refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges.

What happens if an event is rescheduled?

In the rare event that a show is rescheduled, your original tickets will be honored for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled performance, you may request a refund by contacting our box office within the timeframe outlined in the rescheduled communications.

What happens if an event is cancelled entirely?

In the rare event of a full show cancellation with no option for reschedule, all tickets purchased through our website will be refunded. The Midland Theatre refunds are for face value only and do not include fees. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

Will you refund my tickets due to weather?

If the performance proceeds as scheduled, we are unable to offer weather-related refunds.

I bought tickets from a third-party reseller. Can you help me get a refund?

Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased through third-party resellers, ticket brokers, or other outside sources. We can only honor tickets purchased directly through our box office or at midlandtheatre.org.

Can I exchange my tickets for a different show or date?

All ticket sales are final. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges.
