LEt's Raise the Curtain on our next century

Help us reach our $50,000 goal for new stage and theatre velvet curtains.

After 30 Years, Our Curtains Need a Standing Ovation

Since 1928, The Midland Theatre has been Licking County's cultural heartbeat. But here's what most people don't know: we're a nonprofit, and those beautiful curtains that rise before every performance? They're 30 years old and need replacing.

We need to raise $50,000—and we need your help.

Why $50K for Curtains?

Because we're doing it right!

We're partnering with Rose Brand, a family-owned theatrical fabric specialist that's been crafting stage magic since 1921. They're the largest stage curtain supplier in America, and they do it the old-fashioned way:

  • Specialized craftsmanship passed down through generations

  • Premium flame-retardant fabrics (because safety matters)

  • Custom-sewn by theatrical experts

  • Built to last 30+ years, not just a few seasons

Two theatre loving groups. Nearly 200 years of combined history. One shared commitment: Quality that endures.
