The Milano Cortina Winter Olympics just gave us weeks of incredible moments on the ice – and if you’re not ready for that feeling to end, we’ve got you. Miracle tells the true story of Coach Herb Brooks and the 1980 U.S. Olympic hockey team – a group of college kids whose stunning upset of the mighty Soviet Union became known as the Miracle on Ice, voted the Greatest Sports Moment of the 20th Century.

Kurt Russell is extraordinary as Brooks – the stubborn, brilliant coach who saw something nobody else could: that heart, discipline, and belief in each other could topple the most dominant team in hockey history. Nobody gave these kids a chance. And that’s exactly what made it a miracle. This is the kind of movie that belongs on a big screen. Fun fact: The original Miracle on Ice took place on February 22, 1980 – the same date as the 2026 Olympic men’s hockey gold medal game. Our screening falls just one week later.
